You will not find a better solution. Feeding while on the go made easy Learn more.

We are concerned when it comes to the food we give to our child. What about the packaging we use to store their food?

Are there hygiene risks? Does it retain freshness of product? Is the packaging produced with food grade or BPA free materials?

Infant Milk Formula

Infant milk formula was introduced over 120 years ago. However, its ‘tin’ packaging has stayed largely the same during this time. Whereas in the past one parent or caregiver would stay home looking after the family, it is likely that caregivers today live busy lifestyles and have their own careers.

Today, many of us have lifestyles that can be described as “on-the-go”.

Bonding Creates Precious Memories

Having a child does not mean lifestyles have to change. An outing to the mall, weekend road trip or travelling on a plane, it is common to see families travelling with infants and toddlers. Research shows that most caregivers can not wait to introduce their child to the world we live in.

In fact, travelling as a family allows for valuable bonding opportunities.

Nappy Bag

The nappy bag is an essential item when travelling with a baby or toddler. It comes in a wide range of designs and sizes. From our research conducted in 12 countries, the typical nappy bag weighs 4.5kg (9.9 lbs) and contains 12 items.

Caregivers’ feedback to our research show:

  • ‘Dislike’ the most: Bulky nappy bag
  • Most important item(s): Infant milk dispenser & bottle

Feeding when On-The-Go

Infants and toddlers require a feed every 3 to 4 hours. Feeding while “on-the-go” has its challenges, such as the amount of milk formula to bring and hygiene risks.

Bringing a partially opened tin of milk formula on an outing only adds unnecessary bulk and weight to the nappy bag. Further, many public transportation including airports have imposed strict rules on what can be brought on-board as baby food.
